I had the opportunity to undergo a two-week Panchkarma detox treatment at Shattayu Ayurveda, and it was truly a life-changing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness, calm ambience, and the courteous, professional staff who made every step of the journey smooth and relaxing.
The team of doctors—Dr. Ami, Dr. Rinku, and Dr. Ankur—were exceptional in their approach. Each of them took the time to understand my health concerns and tailored the treatments accordingly. Their deep knowledge and compassionate guidance played a major role in my positive experience.
I underwent Virechana, which marked the start of my detox process. Though preparation took nearly two weeks, the results were worth it. I also had sessions of Nasyam, which significantly improved my breathing and helped with a persistent dry cough, and Shirodhara, which was incredibly calming and improved the quality of my sleep.
The Ayurvedic massages were deeply relaxing, and I appreciated how flexible and accommodating the staff were throughout my program. While I didn’t lose as much weight as expected, I gained something far more valuable: a lighter, more energetic feeling, better food habits, and a clear shift toward a calmer and more productive lifestyle.
This experience has shown me how powerful natural healing can be. I now understand the importance of detoxifying the body and mind—and I’ve recommended this treatment to many friends and colleagues. Everyone should consider Panchkarma at least once—it’s an investment in a healthier, more balanced life.

My wife has hormonal imbalance and migran issue and we have an opportunity to get treatment at Shattau Aurvedic Hospital. I was from severe lower pain and vertigo issues. After the treatment, I feel very relaxed even though treatment is in process. The hospital is clean and in natural environment. I felt during hospitalization that I am treated in any 5 star hotel. That to sattayu for their advise the proper treatment..

I recently had an ABS Therapy (Abhyanga+Baspa sweda+ Shirodhara), and it was a fantastic experience. The hospital is clean, and the rooms are well-maintained. Sagar, the therapist, did an excellent job, using medicative oil for the Abhyanga therapy. I appreciated the muscle stretching during the massage. The Baspa and Shirodhara were also enjoyable. I had the opportunity to talk with the doctor, who provided valuable advice. Additionally, they thoughtfully gave me a hair cap and cotton earplugs post-therapy for protection from the outside cold. Highly recommended!
